Tim Scott.
*Well sort of… but more practical and with less corporate buzzwords.
Over the last nine years, I've worked provider-side, partnering with over 50 organisations to design and deliver Apprenticeship programmes across multiple sectors.
I've seen what works, what doesn't, and genuinely believe Apprenticeships are a tool to make good things happen for businesses and the humans who work in them. I'm now opening up availability to work directly with employers.
Not as a consultant charging £38k and three nights in the Ritz in exchange for a 'strategic Powerpoint', but as someone who can get stuck in and work with you to make things happen.
You don't currently have an apprenticeship programme. You want to start one, or restart one properly.
A two stage project. First, we build you a board-ready business case with honest costs and agreed success measures. That goes to board / exec within your business. If they are being grumpy and say no, we stop there with a useful document and nothing else to pay.
If they say 'oh my word why have we not done this before now' (which they probably will), I set the programme up: select and brief your provider, brief your operational leaders, build a learner induction framework, upskill your managers, and hand you a guide so your team can run it without me.
You have a programme, but it's not landing. Completions are low, managers are disengaged, your provider has more excuses than Shaggy.
I spend time on site. I interview your people team, talk to managers and learners, review your provider's performance and your reporting. Essentially give you an external, expert view of what's actually happening versus what's supposed to be.
You get a written diagnostic: what's working, what isn't, and a proper plan to fix it. I can help further if needed but my objective is to produce something you can execute internally, not create me more work like those other scheisters.
You're running a cracker of a programme but you need extra hands every now and then. Someone who knows what they're doing and can hit the ground running.
I work alongside your team on a flexible, ongoing basis. The scope depends on what you need: provider management, onboarding cohorts, chasing completions, running quarterly reviews, learner and manager engagement, apprenticeship promotion across the business.
No job title, no HR overhead, no six month notice period. Just someone embedded in your operation doing the work and saving the world one Apprentice at a time.
If any of that sounds like your situation, or close to it, I'd like to have a conversation. No pitch, no proposal, just a chat about whether I can be useful. timscott0505@gmail.com
